With the delicious Jams and the like I'm sure are made from the proceeds of the allotment, maybe it should be a "preservation" order.

I'm curious - How is it the "Demand for allotments soars" is a Hot Topic item suitable for continuation on the new 'improve' forum but 'Closure of St Augstuntines Parish Hall' isn't?Confused
