Dear all,

If you come across any errors when using our website, or anything that doesn’t work as expected, we would like you to let us know.

How to report an error

Simply reply to this thread, giving as much information as possible about the error/problem. Always include a detailed description and a link to the page where the error occurs. If the error that you report is verified, it will be logged alongside your username in the ‘Monitor our bugs’ table – this can be viewed via the link below.

If you report an error but would rather remain anonymous, please send us a private message and we will report the bug on your behalf.

Please do not post any suggestions, comments or opinions about Redbridge I as this facility has only been created to resolve technical issues.

Thank you, in advance, for your help. Your detective work will be very much appreciated.:d
Kind regards,
Redimanager

If you mean the site in general - then Valentines has no Avery ( nor Aviary) anymore and the lake you show in the pictures is the Long Water and the outdoor play equipment is beside the Cran Brook not the Long Water.

Why am I allowed only quick reply?
Can anybody use the reply facility and what is the difference?
And why are my frank open and honest questions dealt with via PMs?
So as not to put out newbies?

Where are the Terms & Conditions and/or Guidelines specific to Pledges and Ask My Neighbour.

BBCode does not appear to work in the Ask My Neighbour section.

Aha! We appear to have a spellchecker on board. Neighbour is underlined in red but Neighbor is not. Could you please set the spellchecker to BRITISH English please?

Well done weggis and dopeyf for spotting the American English spellcheck!
This explains all the odd words used in the various events/ categories, etc,... too many to bother to point out but I am still laughing at whoever has developed a pallet for foreign food. (Must have a big appetite and a large walate!)

Er. Where are you seeing a spellchecker? I've not spotted one on my travels through the site. Are you sure you're not mistaking your browsers spellchecker for a site one? Firefox has this, and possibly ie8 (which you may have just recently got via windows updates). If you are using firefox as your browser you have to add the English British dictionairy in…

I haver come to the end of my patience, first my neighborhood and ask my neighbors now the simplest thing like "search"

Oops! This link appears to be broken.Suggestions:
•Go to redbridge.gov.uk
•Search on Google:

does not work, just exactly what does work on this site, it would appear that only the old forums work properly well almost as we only have quick reply.

three quotes from Bill Gates which appear to be very apt especially the last

"Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning."
- Bill Gates, Business @ The Speed of Thought

"Often you have to rely on intuition."

"The first rule of any technology used in a business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify the inefficiency."

When ever I try to send a PM reply to Redimanager I get "inbox full" message, and 0 space allowed! I usually only have one message in there and have to delete it in order to be able to send any message. The other day I wanted to send annesevant a pm and I couldn't because of the same reason!

What's that all about then?Confused

Dear redimanager,
I did manage after all to read your PM.
Could not reply to you though.
I am polite, hence I copied my reply this way:

[Wrong way round, it's Mark trying to contact me!
Now, if this works the IT team are doing well!
annesevantBigGrin]
It did not work. Nevermind!

Why is there a limit to 30 messages. I like to keep some of my PM's. Is this an error? stingy allowance, sotware capability? I have tried to PM the redi manager, but alas, I have been prompted to delete PM's I'd rather keep.

Good News: PM messaging fixed? Hooray!
Bad News: Limit of 30 PM messages? Boo!

That's so we don't get too excited by the good news!

That's it cleared the lot!
I will try not to annoy manager and moderators and see if I get a fresh new PM from ordinary contributors!
