There will be by-election in Chadwell Ward on 8 July. In the run up to the by-election, Redbridge Council is restricted in what it can publicise. We cannot publish anything that could be considered to give any candidate an advantage in the election. The forums will continue to run as usual, but we would like to remind users of the Terms and Conditions which do not allow anything of a party political nature. The pre-election period will last until the polls close on Thursday 8 July 2010.
