I had a problem this last summer with youths and children playing football in the street directly outside my home. I do not oppose this on principle, as they need a way to keep active and it's better for them than sitting inside on Console games and the like, but the fact that they hit my windows and door several times suggests they are not very good footballers. I suggested to the main offender's father that I take the boys over to South Park maybe once a week for a game to help with their boredom, but the reply was non-committal at the time, and I have heard no more. I tried contacting the Safer Neighbourhood people and eventually the police, as I'm not happy with my wife being afraid to sit in our own living room for fear of a broken window, and the shock effect makes even me jump out of my chair. Can you suggest a compromise solution, so that everyone would be happy ?
