Thank you Cllr Bond. I'll let you know when I receive a reply from the Chief Exec.

Well, Mark - it isn't exactly alive and kicking in Redbridge is it?

I believe there is a bit of Democracy going on right now in Redbridge but we aren't allowed to talk about it here!

Is not the truth of the matter that councillors - leading ones, at least - just do not want e-petitions? And after last Monday I suspect the government might well want rid of them too!

This is outrageous and I am disgusted. To be promised an e-petition over one year ago and still not have it delivered when everyone else around us has one and is duely ignored on a daily basis? I demand my right to be ignored like everyone else!

Seriously though, GET IT TOGETHER REDBRIDGE people want to be heard!

I would welcome the oppertunity to speak with Cllr Bond in person if he is unable to provide a good reason why there is still no provision of an e-petition. If you are still following this thread Cllr Bond, pleasl let me know what is the best way to discuss this matter with you.

Kind regards

Dan

We're almost ready to go, and are currently testing prior to launch which should be very soon indeed. Meanwhile we're currently live-testing the new format website which builds in new features, as you can see, with further enhancements planned for early next year. I recognise that the e-petitions have taken far longer than we would have wanted to launch, in part due to some supplier problems, but everything should be up and running shortly.
