Maybes you could add a help forum where minor issues are addressed?
I have been trying to get into contact with the council tax offices for two weeks now. When I ring I either get an answering machine... where no one rings me back, or through to another department... who passes me to the correct one... who do not pick up the phone, or a dissconnected dial tone, or simply no answer at all.
Having no faith in the phone I have sent polite emails, which I have had no reply to either.
Redbridge council and I need the issue to be sorted by 4th July and two weeks should be plenty of time to get things done. But here I am, still unable to get any answers or help from anyone.
Why dont you guys want to talk to me?

Try telephoning 020-8708 2800. It's the direct line number to the office of the Leader of the Council.
