As Chairman of the Highways and Cleansing Scrutiny Committee, I have requested that the disposal of Car Parks will be discussed on the 24th September 2007 at 7.15pm.
The meeting will be held in Committee Room 1, Town Hall.

how about discussing street cleaning as well or is that a subject you can't handle? What are the enforcement officers doing and how many tickets/ fines have they issued in the past month and in which areas. When were shop keepers fined for putting rubbish on the highway and pub bins especially along ilford lane
