Redbridge Council have now put parking meters in Sunset Avenue at great cost, they will make a lot of money on this and spend it in other parts of the borough perhaps they could spend some of the funds they get from parking on cleaning the streets of Woodford Green, as Sunset Avenue has rats running about. The bins are so full with children’s school lunch rubbish it overflows on to the ground. Why not put lids on to the bins or better still stop the school from allowing the children to roam about when they walk from one part of Trinity school to the other.

This borough is the most expensive and we get nothing. Value for money. Does not come in to play.

As far as council tax goes Redbridge is not the most expensive.

Council Tax for Band D is £1,376.14 in Redbridge but a massive £1,483.00 in neighbouring Havering.

That difference between Redbridge and Havering is not so massive at about 7 percent.

Of course, I'd rather pay 7 percent less than more!

For your infomation, i attend Trinity Catholic High School and we are not allowed to "roam" about wherever we want, we stick to the Mornigton road/ High road route. The only students who use the back route are six formers who are 17/18 year olds. Any younger students who go the other route (sunset Avenue) would be punished. Also it is the schools choice to tell students what routes they can and cant use, not that of Redbridge Council. Also if the bins are overflowing with "children's rubbish" then that is the concil's problem, but at least means we are using the bins.
