The Area Committee have agreed to fund a shortfall of £820.00 to keep the South Park public toilets open on Sundays for residents using the park.
The Committee has also agreed to fund the opening of the Loxford Park toilets. This will be for six months, seven days a week for a limited number of hours. However before the toilets are opened the police will be consulted on their views.
Money has also been approved by the Area Committee for evening and weekend work by the Streetscene Enforcement team to deal with cars for sale, illegal footway crossings and cars parked in front gardens overhanging public footpaths.
